Signature Spaces
Woodland Chalet brings its defining spaces together in one private setting: indoor pool house, theater, game room, hot tubs, generous suites, and lake access with an included dock slip.
A standalone building with a heated pool lets you swim in January while it snows. Above it is a 30′×16′ apartment-style loft with a wet bar and full bath.
One sits beneath the covered patio beside a stone fireplace; the second is open to the surrounding woods.
Soaring ceilings, a floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace, and walls of windows on the forest. Film nights move downstairs to the dedicated theater room.
Billiards, foosball, five arcade cabinets, and a claw machine restocked with a stuffed animal for every guest, all in a 17-by-45-foot lower-level space.
A walk-in spa shower, oversized jetted tub, wet bar, and private en-suite bath.
An included slip for one motorized vessel on Deep Creek Lake, Memorial Day through Labor Day, about a 5-minute walk or a short drive.
The pool, hot tubs, and lake are unattended. There is no lifeguard on duty, and children must be supervised at all times. Safety guidelines in the house rules.

Explore the ChaletThis is the second time we rented Woodland Chalet. We love the space everyone has and the community areas in the home. We especially love the covered deck and fireplace. Also, the location is ideal, it’s surrounded by woods. You don’t feel like you’re sharing your vacation with your neighbors.

The pictures of this home does it no justice as the real thing was awesome! Spacious rooms, plenty of places to sit and be alone if you want to. Extremely clean and in pretty good condition. Stocked very well for a family of 10 or more. Loved the pool and the Jacuzzis even more, all were exceptionally clean. The entire house was a joy to rent.
