Three nights year-round with any arrival day, and a maximum of 14 nights. Summer arrivals, the nine Sunday-to-Sunday weeks running mid-June to mid-August and shown on the booking calendar, book as whole weeks of 7 or 14 nights, and other stays can run right up to the summer weeks but never across them.

Up to 20 guests across 8 bedrooms. There is no per-guest pricing: the nightly rate for your dates is the same whether you bring 8 or 20.

If your stay is more than 35 days away, a 30% deposit books it and the balance is charged to the same card 35 days before arrival, after an itemized email 5 days before (you can pay it another way by telling us first). Closer-in stays are paid in full at booking. Either way the exact amounts and dates are in your confirmation email and in the agreement you sign.

No. No large refundable hold sits on your card, and every quote is itemized before you pay. Like a hotel, we keep your payment card on file, and it can only ever be charged the documented actual cost of damage, or the holdover charges in the rental agreement if a party stays past check-out (photos, invoices and the computation emailed to you first), never a flat fee or a hold.

The primary renter must be 30+. Families and responsible adult groups only; no sororities, fraternities, or non-chaperoned groups.

Check-in 4:00 PM, check-out 10:00 AM. Access instructions are texted 5–7 days before check-in, and your guest app goes live at check-in.

The driveway is flat and paved. November–March, 4WD/AWD or snow tires are recommended for the mountain roads into the area. The home has stairs between levels and the lake path is steep; contact us with specific access questions.

Up to 8 vehicles total: one garage space plus the driveway. Boat trailers are welcome, and a trailer counts as one space.

Yes. The pool house is heated and the indoor pool is available in every season, including winter stays.

A private indoor heated pool (19'L × 10'W) in its own building, exclusively yours all stay, with a wet-bar lounge above it. Children must be supervised; no glass in the pool area.

Two, on the lower-level patio, open year-round. No glass in or around the tubs; children must be supervised by an adult, and guests who are pregnant or have heart conditions or high blood pressure should check with a doctor before soaking.

Yes, throughout the property, with a main-level office if you need a quiet spot to work. Connection details are in the guest app.

Yes. Linens and bath towels are provided for all guests. Bring toiletries and extra pool towels if you want them.

No. If you need local pet boarding recommendations, ask us.

Yes. A dock slip for one motorized vessel is included from Memorial Day through Labor Day, about a 10-minute walk from the house.

A 10-minute walk or short drive down the road. The slip holds one motorized vessel and is available Memorial Day–Labor Day. The path down is steep; trailer parking is at the house. Life jackets are required for children under 13 on all watercraft.

Shop 'N Save is the nearest full grocery, a short drive away. Fireside Deli for gourmet and wine, Arrowhead Market for quick essentials. It's a rural area, so stock up on the way in.
