No service fee. The $900 cleaning fee is the only fee, already inside every total.
Full refund, less ~3% card processing, when we receive your written cancellation 60 or more days before check-in. From 59 to 36 days out we keep 50% of the total; 35 days or fewer, no refund. Cancel inside 60 days and we try to re-book your dates and refund the rent the new booking pays us for your nights.
Sleeps 20. The same dates cost more on Airbnb, and your total here shows exactly how much.

3-night minimum, up to 14 nights. Summer arrivals (mid-June to mid-August) are whole Sunday-to-Sunday weeks of 7 or 14 nights, and other stays can't overlap a summer week.

A second stay in the woods (Louis) (opens in a new tab)

This is the second time we rented Woodland Chalet. We love the space everyone has and the community areas in the home. We especially love the covered deck and fireplace. Also, the location is ideal, it’s surrounded by woods. You don’t feel like you’re sharing your vacation with your neighbors.
