Private indoor heated pool (19'L × 10'W) in its own 30' × 28' building. Swim in any weather. There is no lifeguard, so children must be supervised.

Two hot tubs: one beneath the covered patio and one in the open air. Children must be supervised; health cautions are detailed in the house rules.
Game Room
17' × 45' game room with regulation pool table, foosball, a 4-person poker table, five arcade cabinets (Mortal Kombat, NBA Jam, NFL Blitz, Golden Tee, Ms. Pac-Man), and a claw machine restocked each stay with a stuffed animal for every guest.
Private Theater Room
11' × 21' theater room with Blu-ray/DVD, a house movie collection, and seating for group movie nights.
