Book Direct, Without Platform Service Fees
Start on our booking page, where the calendar shows current availability. Choose open dates and the page calculates the exact itemized total before you enter payment. Booking on this site has no platform service fee.
Booking direct is straightforward:
- Choose available dates. Use the Rates & Availability pageto select an open check-in and check-out that follow the stay rules shown there.
- See the exact total. Review the nightly rent, cleaning, Maryland sales tax, Garrett County hotel rental tax, total, and amount due today before paying.
- Book securely. Enter your group and contact details, review the terms, then pay by card through Stripe. The reservation is confirmed after Stripe verifies the payment.
- E-sign separately. After booking, we email the rental agreement for the primary guest to review and sign before check-in.
Good to know: summer arrivals from mid-June to mid-August run Sunday to Sunday (whole weeks, 7 or 14 nights), every other date has a 3-night minimum with any arrival day so long as the stay doesn't overlap a summer week, and off-season stays run up to 14 nights.
