Everyone in a real bed
6 kings, 2 queens, 3 full beds and a twin bunk across 8 bedrooms, with 3 sleeper sofas held in reserve for the flexible sleepers. Maximum occupancy is 20.

Settle the "who gets the jetted tub" argument before you arrive: the floor plans carry every room and its dimensions, and the virtual tour walks the layout. The bunk room is the one the children ask for.
Feeding the crew
Two kitchens, so nobody queues
Cooking for twenty out of one kitchen is how a reunion turns tense. There are two full kitchens here: 16' × 18' on the main level and 17' × 14' on the lower, each with its own oven, microwave and dishwasher. Holiday dinners get both ovens, and the washing-up scales with two dishwashers instead of one.
Then everyone sits down at once: a 19' × 11' formal dining room, a 14' × 15' breakfast nook, and an outdoor table on the deck beside the gas grill.

Together, with somewhere else to go
A big group needs places to split up as much as places to gather. The 17' × 45' game room takes a regulation pool table and foosball; the 11' × 21' theater room runs the group film; the pool house holds a private heated indoor pool with a 30' × 16' lounge above it; and two outdoor hot tubs mean nobody waits their turn.
Which matters more than it sounds. The football crowd, the toddlers and the people who came to read on the porch can all get what they came for on the same afternoon, in different rooms, without negotiating.

Parking for the whole caravan
Eight vehicles total, one in the garage and the rest in the driveway. Boat trailers are welcome and a trailer counts as one of the eight. There is no street parking: the North Glade community asks that vehicles never block streets, corners or a snowplow, so plan the carpool around eight spaces rather than around eight families.
Who can be on the reservation
Up to 20 overnight guests, all named on the reservation, and the primary renter must be at least 30. Families and responsible adult groups only. Day visitors in reasonable numbers are fine.
Celebrations yes, events no
A holiday dinner, a milestone birthday or a reunion among your registered guests is exactly what the house is for. What is not permitted is an event with outside attendees: weddings, receptions, rehearsal dinners, corporate days. The line is whether the people in the house are the people on the reservation.
Quiet hours are 11 PM to 8 AM
Both hot tubs are outdoors on the lower patio, and sound carries between houses here, so the late soak is the one to keep neighbourly. Inside, a lower level with its own kitchen means night owls are not sharing a ceiling with the early risers.
The driveway, and the roads
The driveway itself is flat and paved, with easy access to the garage. The winter advisory is about the mountain roads into the area: from November through March, 4WD or AWD with snow tires is strongly recommended. The house has stairs between levels and the path down to the lake is steep, so tell us about mobility needs and we will be straight with you.
The dock, for the boat people
A slip on Deep Creek Lake, about a ten-minute walk or a short drive down the road, holding one motorized vessel, included from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Trailer parking stays at the house. Life jackets are required for children under 13 on any watercraft.

Before you ask
How many people can stay?
Up to 20 guests across 8 bedrooms. There is no per-guest pricing: the nightly rate for your dates is the same whether you bring 8 or 20.
What is the minimum stay?
Three nights year-round with any arrival day, and a maximum of 14 nights. Summer arrivals, the nine Sunday-to-Sunday weeks running mid-June to mid-August and shown on the booking calendar, book as whole weeks of 7 or 14 nights, and other stays can run right up to the summer weeks but never across them.
When is the rest of my payment due?
If your stay is more than 35 days away, a 30% deposit books it and the balance is charged to the same card 35 days before arrival, after an itemized email 5 days before (you can pay it another way by telling us first). Closer-in stays are paid in full at booking. Either way the exact amounts and dates are in your confirmation email and in the agreement you sign.

Is there a minimum age requirement to book?
The primary renter must be 30+. Families and responsible adult groups only; no sororities, fraternities, or non-chaperoned groups.
